IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9a. AI-Generated Output (dcyfr.bot)

The agent previews on dcyfr.bot produce replies with a large language model operated by Anthropic. By using them you accept that:

• You are interacting with an AI system, not a person
• Output may be wrong. Replies can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Verify anything you intend to rely on
• Output is not advice. Nothing generated is legal, financial, medical, or professional advice
• Do not submit sensitive information. Do not send personal data about yourself or others, credentials, or confidential or client information. Your message is transmitted to Anthropic to generate the reply
• No warranty attaches to generated content, and Section 8 (Disclaimers) applies to it in full
• Do not abuse the service. Automated querying, attempts to extract system prompts, attempts to bypass rate limits, and use of the service to generate unlawful or abusive content are prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

• Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally
• Jurisdiction: Any legal action arising out of these terms shall be filed in the state or federal courts located in Colorado
• Arbitration: We may require binding arbitration for certain disputes
